Trials as a Last Defeat (Судењата како последен пораз) is a 1977 documentary-publicistic book by Macedonian author Jovan Pavlovski, published by the Center for Information and Publishing Activity "Polog" in Tetovo.
Spanning four editions and awarded the "Mito Hadzivasilev – Jasmin" prize for publicistics, it examines the political trials orchestrated by Bulgarian occupiers in Macedonia during World War II, framing them as emblematic of the regime's ultimate downfall and the resilience of the Macedonian people.
